DAY 2: Make a bulleted list of everything that happened in your day

• I woke up.  At a horrible hour.  I hate six am.
• I got dressed.
• I got the kids ready for school.
• I took Noah to daycare.
• I took Phebe to school.
• I went to work.
• I worked.
• I had my morning break.
• I worked.
• I went to “lunch.”  This means that I picked Phebe up from school and took her to daycare.
• I went back to work.
• I had my afternoon break.
• I worked.
• I picked the kids up from daycare.
• I came home.
• I had a visitor from a case manager from my agency.
• I cooked/ate dinner.
• I bathed the kids.
• I put the kids to bed.
• I drafted this post and posted it.
